June 6: Not just D-Day anymore!

It was the last day of school for both kids, Kaiky's kindergarten graduation and Bob and my 10th year anniversary!
This year, we were so lucky to have our dear friend, Karen, as not only our "sitter", but the kids' personal bus driver too! She really was awesome...picking up the kids in the bus, picking up Kaiky after kindergarten and then Cori and Kyle, too, after school in the afternoon. We don't know what next year will bring, but we sure appreciated it this year!
Mrs. Morris put on a very nice graduation ceremony for Kaiky's class and I was so excited to sit in the front row, right in front of Kaiky to watch her perform. Well, the little stinker would NOT look at me, Grandma or the camera the entire time! I
finally had to tear her hands off her face when we tried to get a last shot out on the playground. Congratulations, Kaiky on becoming a first grader!

Here we go! Last day of school!

Cori and Karen ready to go!

I'm a first grader now!
